Things to Know:

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
• All guests must adhere to Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and refrain from illegal activities. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking is allowed on the property.
• Streaming services are available using your own account(s).
• Please note this home does not have air-conditioning.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii LLC.
• Free parking is available for two vehicles.
• Security cameras are installed at all four corners of the unit. These are disabled when guests are present.
• This home is situated in a noise-sensitive area, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment.

The total cost of your reservation includes a nightly damage waiver fee that covers up to $3,000 worth of accidental damages, provided you inform us before checking out.
